Adaptable housing Class 2 

Adaptable housing is a housing designed to cater for people of all ages and abilities, especially for people with severe physical disabilities such as wheelchair users. It becomes a mandatory requirement for many States and Territories to have adaptable housing provisions for a development consisting of 5 or more units.
